Introduction:
The following study demonstrates the case study of the way the mining company intends the
continuant of the sustainable business. As part of their exploration phase, they have expected to
make the engagement of community for preparing the new mining tasks. The following study
suggests the risk management system that could be included for future projects during stage of
planning. Next, the Neohumanism is used as one of perspectives that is conflict based. Further, the
methodologies are to be explained to avoid distinct staffs to move away from the conflicts. Then,
Radical Structuralist can be used as the second perspective that is conflict based. Moreover, a set of
questions are proposed to be asked for future for avoiding pressure in individuals.

The sustainability risk framework for the mining company must be enhanced risk
management too particularly that is designed for determining and addressing the risks of
sustainability for their core business. This is applicable to every transaction of business like
investments and insurances with sourcing activates. This is to be done as extent to the possible like
current information and documentation related to those type of transactions provided or permissible
through virtue of the mandatory local type of law. The framework of the sustainability risk must be
upgraded in regular way for addressing latest developments in the current mining industries
