INTRODUCTION Problem solving and decision making are the two most effective and beneficial skills that each person have utilized whether it related to their personal or professional life. The current assignment will be based on specific plan that aim is to overcome complex issue impact upon employees and their firms. It will define success indicators to measure effectiveness of decision as an action would be taken to solve the situation. TASK 2 Impact of complex issue on workers and their companies. High level of work stress is the most common or a complex issue in the business world that may directly put negative impact on employees and companies where they work. It may lead to decrease mental and physical well-being of individual person and becomeareasonofseveralhealthissues(WorkplaceStress:ASilentKillerof Employee Health and Productivity,2021). In the recent time work stress become a part of daily life schedule as it may affect human well-being in term of increasing level of demotivation and decreasing confident. The impact of workplace stress is not limited here,itmayadverselyaffectindividualmentalhealthwithanincreasedriskof depression, anxiety, burn out and substance utilise disorders (Galanti and et.al., 2021). Candidates who are stressed at work area are more likely to engage in unhealthy attribute such as cigarette smoking, drug abuse, alcohol and unhealthy dietary patterns. It may also put negative impact on companies whether it is small or large, in term of decreasing their operational effectiveness or efficiency and increasing risk of being failure within specific industry or market. Work stress, financial, family and other kind of stresses may put straight impact on mental well-fare of human, which lead to decrease their effectiveness, power, skills and capability to accomplish specific task or activity. The purpose of developing current plan is to solve complex issue that put negative impact on individual candidates in the business world and companies where they perform professionally. Objectives- To enhance employee’s performance up to 50% within 1 year. To build wide and diverse workforce by 50% within 12 months. To increase candidate’s performance level and well-being by 60% within 2 years. Strategies- In the world of business, there are several forms of techniques, approaches and keymethodsavailablethathasbeenutilizedbyleaders,managersandother stakeholders at workplace. Each approach is used for purpose of making working environment stress free, which is quite essential and beneficial for them to do so (Wang andet.al.,2020).Here,UKorganizationsandtheirmanagementsmayeffortto overcome the negative impact of work stress upon candidates. For purpose of that, they may attempt to consider varied approaches such as; Flexible working-it is one of the most common, but still effective methods that may help to reduce work stress upon employees and make working environment happier. It can be said that stress is not a harmful disease that is impossible to overcome, as it just requires implementation of right action. Relaxation technique-it is another decision or action that management may take to make work stress bit lower than ever. They may effort to arrange yoga and other type of body relaxation sessions at workplace. Social activity-they may plan to arrange some social activity session where people may take part to celebrate a function or event, without taking too much stress of work completion. Event celebration is the best way to overcome the key issue that is beneficial for everyone whether it is employees or management. Taskallocation-alongwithabovemanagersinthecompaniesmayalso consider this technique as well, which drive their attention towards dividing tasks during workload to make everyone happy and stress free. From all above methods, it is the best and most effective technique that allow people to divide tasks on the basis of employs skills and efficiency which drive their attention towards reducing work stress and achieving tasks on time without making any major mistake. There are many tactics conducted by managers and the leaders but they are unable to overcome work stress impact on employees (Hjálmsdóttir and Bjarnadóttir, 2021). In the recent time work division may enable them to do so as they may lot daily work equally among people. They must start taking feedback from employees who are stressed and tend to overcome. Management may conduct a group meeting to make an important discussion based on the causes of stress at work area which hinder the performance of skilled person and lead to decrease their efficiency better than last weeks. All above approaches are beneficial and useful, but still work division is better on the basis of that management may provide rewards to all employees (Saplacan and et.al., 2020). It may lead to decrease financial stress and allow person to fulfil their family members as well as own needs effectively and successfully. Strategic implementation of key methods- Atworkplace,bothmenandwomenfacessameworkpressurefrom management side to achieve particular aim and accomplish specific task. This kind of stress may make them ill, mentally and physically as well, which is not good for them. Manager and leader by working together may take action to implement choose and method for example they encourage employees to share their personal feeling and reason behind work stress. They may take their comments, feedback, and reviews about working environment and then take final decision to allocate task on the basis of skill and knowledge of people. Both encourage them to share creative ways that reduce work stress and work pressure upon individual person because stress can reach every candidate at any level. Managers and leaders may take initiative to conduct meeting withkeystakeholdersforpurposeofimplementingoverallplanandtoincrease employee’s performance extent more than last weeks.
Furthermore, along with above actions they may encourage employees to take part in decision making procedures, which enhance their motivational level and boost morale. In the recent time, it is quite important for companies to adopt or accept the current methods, because it is the only source through which they may gain benefits of building wide workforce among which each candidate is capable to achieve strategic goals. They both effort to make this plan successful and utilize other approaches to monitor success after strategic implementation at workplace in effective and systematic manner. Monitoring and controlling effectiveness of final decision- Along with methods and plan implementation, it is important for management in the companies to choose and utilize success indicators that are available in the bulk. For example, benchmarking is the best KPIs tool that allow management to analyse the success of their plan and make them capable to take more actions accordingly in the future. They may effort to determine the gap between last & current year employee’s performance extent, which enable them to measure success criteria. There are several success indicators exist in the corporate world that utilized in multiple times. Here, benchmarking is the great, because it helps to measure last and recent year data and drive attention of companies towards taking right action. It can be said that a success indicator is considered as measurable value that represents growth towards expect impact of a plan or strategy. Growth and task completion bar graphs may also enable them to measure success of current plan. According to that management may identify which employee’s work harder and even better than last few months. It may give the chance to boost their morale by making plan to reward each on the basis of their hard work. CONCLUSION On the basis of above discussion, it has been concluded that management has successfully retained skilled and talented employees with companies as they have provided them all the facilities that an individual person expected to gain while working with such an amazing brand. It has been determined that by providing flexible working hours as akey facility, employees has workedwith firms for longer time period. Manager has boost the morale of employees by developing plan to conduct social
activities at a workplace that in return has provided several benefits to them. By measuring success, managers in the companies has developed more effective plans that help them to grow rapidly. They have gained competitive edge and taken pleasure of excellent growth.
