issues that are arises in an organisation. It can happens among employees and employers,
workmen and top authority etc. problem are at the middle of what so many people does at
workplace in regular days. The project consist of various issues and its effective use of
communication skills that impact external environment. Some explanation is provided through
using charts and measures of central tendency (Burrows, Macdonald and Wright, 2013). Other
part of the project comprises of list of event that are help to overcome problems that are faced
by employees at the workplace and a job letter to an HR of a MNC. At last a proper relationship
development among employees at the work place is discussed.

Problem solving can be more effective if proper planning is done prior any issues arises.
Although it is an intellectual task that would help in find out and analysing main reason of the
cause that an employee's is facing at the workplace. The main objectives of the manager is to
remove the obstacle those are making more impact on internal and external part of the concern
department. Regarding this some of them are psychological, physiological and disabled issues.
Under the psychological process problems can be solved through puzzles and number games.

process. Under the company TESCO management is trying to overcome issues through
regular identification of each and every employees reaction and there working
