INTRODUCTION
Problem solving may include mathematical or systematic operations and can be a gauge
of an individual's critical thinking skills. The problem solving term used in many disciplines,
something with different perspectives. The present report is based on Conarg Ltd Organization
which is doing better business in their area. They have numbers of small investors and
shareholders in the market. In this present report, definition of a problem, their stages and effect
on human health are covered. Other than that, analysis of critical thinking and way of identifying
the problems are discussed. Along with this, employee behaviour, management of handling them
and benefits of information technology are discussed in the report.
TASK 1
1.1 Definition of a problem, stages of problem, its affect on human health
A problem is a situation that is unsatisfactory and causes difficulties for people.
Sometimes, people causes in some difficulties which they doesn't want it, and it is unsatisfactory
for them, so its called problem. When some people are in problem and they are not able to solve
it, they should define the problem that what kind of a problem is there and how it impacts on
them. Before we talk about the stages of problem solving, it is very important to have a
definition of what it is. Problem is a state desire for reaching a definite goal from a present
situation. Solution is the management of problem in a way that successfully meets the goals set
for treating it (Advantage and disadvantage of information technology, 2017). When people are
in problem, they should use some stages of problem solving because it aids them to solve their
problem in short term. First, they should define a problem, then second stage is brainstorm
solution. It means search the ways to solve their problem. If they get the ways of solution, then
decide that which is the best way of solution. Further, they should take some effective and
efficient way of solution. After this entire stage has been followed, it is time for implementation.
In that, they can implement the solution, so that it can be solved. At last, when they will able to
solve their problem, they should review their result, so they can know the actual reason of the
problem and solve it in short term. When people are in trouble or problem, they face lot of effect
which can be created by the problems. When people are in the problem, it can be impact on
human health. Affect on human health are stress, and health which is the dangerous effect on
human health. People usually take stress, then its reason is only the problem which they are
facing in their present time (Brown and Chandrasekaran, 2014). When they are in stress, then

their attitude, behaviours and entire moods can be changed with it. So, they should not consider
the stress and work according to solution. In this way, they can avoid stress from their body and
mind. In Conarg Ltd Organization, there are lot of employees and departments. They are
working together and face number of problem. Some time, employee cannot give their effective
role in the job, then their boss or manager can torture them for hard work. It is a problem for the
entire employees, and when they will be in stress, their attitude, mood, and behaviours also will
be change. So if people are in problems, they they should not take a stress. They can try to adapt
effective type s of solution, so it will not not create again and again (Carnmarata and Steeb,
2014).
1.2 Critical thinking, analysis and key steps of critical thinking and skills for tackling the
problem
Critical thinking is the process of actively and skilfully solving the entire problem and
providing an effective solution. When people are in the problem, they should start the critical
thinking, so they will be able to solve their problem with some skilful solution. There are six
steps of the critical thinking and they are effective for the solution. First step is a knowledge
which required in the emplyess for accomplish the work. For every problem, they should have
the clear vision for solving the problem (Csikszentmihalyi, 2014). This step identifies the
argument or the problem that is required to be solved. Second step is comprehension. When
people identified the problem, they should try to understand about situation and the facts aligned
with it. After that, application is the step for collecting the information which can be helpful for
solving the problems. When they get the resource to resolve the problems, then they should
complete the understanding of different facts and resources to solve the problem by building a
linkage between the information and resources. Further, people should start an analysis in it, so
that they may be able to know about strong points, weak points, challenges, effort and effective
solution (Landau and Bordeianu, 2015). It is the very useful step for solving any types of
problems. Fifth step is synthesis. In the given step, if problem is completely analysed and entire
related information is considered, a decision should be formed about how to solve it and the way
to be followed for taking this decision into action. The final step is to take an action, so that
people can solve their problems in an effective way. The result of critical thinking should be
transferred into action steps. Some problem can be solved by skills. If people want to tackle their
problems with skills, they should start to determina and solve a problem, so they can handle

make a plan for solving the problem and follow the entire way of solution, so it will become easy

2.1 Key influencing factors to Conarg Ltd Organization with PEST analysis
Political – Sometimes, government change their tax policies according to need, so This is the
main influence on Conarg ltd organisation. When company start their business in the market,
they faces a lot of problems about tax and their reducing or increasing system.
Economic – Through this factor, business examines the economic problems and provides the
solution for economic issues. In this, interest rate, foreign exchange rate, unemployment rate and
policies can be included. It is very effective analysis of the organisation because it is based on
finance of the business.
Social – With the social factor, company can analysis about social and people. Other than that ,
they can analysis about the culture of the society, customer demographics, life style of the
people, their eduction and attitude. This analysis should be in market, so company can identify
the need of the people (Frenseh and Funke, 2014).
Technological Organisation uses different types of technology for accomplishing their
operational work. in this analysis , they should get the entire information of the used technology
by their competitor. They should know the best technology in the market so that they can adapt
the effective techniques for their organisation and meet the target and goals of the company.

2.2 Impacts of political, economic, social and technology on the organisation
1. Political impacts – When organisation expand their business in different market, they can face
some problems about taxes which can increase or decrease according to time. So biggest impact
of political analysis on the organisation is , they are facing issues about taxes, policies, trade
issues, social and employment legislation and changes in the political environment.
2. Economic impact – First impact of economic on the organisation is current and project
economic growth. Other impacts are, labour cost, unemployment and labour supply, change of
the economy, income and income distribution of the business. Some are the positive impacts and
some are the negative on the company (Landau and Bordeianu, 2015).
3. Social impact – They are getting the information of culture of the society, so they were able to
expand their business in different areas. People likes the products and services of the Conarg Ltd
Organization. Company get the faith and loyalty of the people or their customers in the market.
4. Technological impacts - Technologies impacts on internet, reduction in communications cots
and increased remote working. Other than that, its impact on research and development activity
and technology transfer. They are able to use effective technology for their organisation and
business. Technologies play the important role in the business, because through it people can

3.1 Employee behaviour and its types
Employee behaviour is the way in which employees respond to particular situations in the
workplace.
Types of employee behaviours :-
Task performers
In the organisation, some employees believe in the performance. Their attitude is also
according to task and improvement of the work. They focus on the task performance. So, they
behave according to situation. Some employees are well aware of their key roles to do at their
workplace. They have some goals in their life, so, they believe in effective performance
(Csikszentmihalyi, 2014).
Maintaining work attendance
Workers require to attend office regularly. They can take a leave, when there is an
urgency. Some employees provide information, if they are on leave but some of them are not
giving information to their boss about it. However, they should inform their boss that they will
be on leave.
There are different types of employees in the organisation. Managers should use some
effective technique for manage their employees. They can manage them by positive
reinforcement, discipline and extinction. It is the way to manage them in office. Another, one of
the best way is motivation. Manager can motivate their employees for their task and
improvement. Motivation is a key for managing the entire employees because they all want to
grow up in their lives and if the managers will show them right path from motivation, they will
work according to need of the organisation.

In the organisation technology's need is very necessary, because there are lot of operation work

Advantages of information technology
1. Organisation can increase production and save time, so they can able to produce more
products for the customers (Carnmarata and Steeb, 2014).
2. Improves communication through communication technology.
3. Their data storage and file management will be better and they can save their data in safe
place.
4. Through information technology, their financial management also will be improved.
Disadvantages of information technology
1. Need more fund for managing the entire information technology.
2. Cost of operation can be increased.
3. Cost will be increased plus their profit and revenue will be decreased from information
technology.

In this present report, it has been recognised about problem and stages of problem
solving. Other than that, it is concluded that problem can effect on the human health by stress
and tension. Along with this, in the present report, it has been also concluded about the impacts
of political, economic, social, and technological factors on Conarg Ltd Organization. Moreover,
employees’ behaviours, techniques to manage them and benefits of information technology are
also covered in the report.
