INTRODUCTION
Skills plays an important role in development of individual as it facilitates in making master in a
specific field or sector (Sousa and Rocha, 2019). It is imperative to polish existing skill so that it
becomes easier for individual to achieve goals, boosts confidence and in motivating too. Due to
dynamic business environment, it becomes difficult to manage its operations. This issue can be
solved by acquiring new skills competencies which makes process easier. By having relevant
skills, it keeps business to run smoothly. Management skills helps business professional to
understand internal and external factors which may affect performance of company along with
processes which carries resources towards attainment of goals. This project report is based on
self reflection on problem solving skill as well as its importance. In addition to that, it will also
cover how it is beneficial for management consultants. Further it will cover a brief discussion on
improvement and evaluation of efforts.
TASK
Success in business is not only concerned how hard or how smart does an individual work but
needs various consultancy and management skills which are needed for smoothing functioning of
business (Majid and et.al., 2019). Earlier I was not aware about various concepts of skills and
how it can contribute in making business more profitable. I have keen interest in learning new
skills and in business functioning. In my lectures, I was taught about various consultancy skills
which can positively impact on business. According to me, problem solving is most important
skill which eliminates risk of conflict and contributes in elevating performance of company. The
importance of problem solving at workplace is not overstated and every business faces problems
and issues while managing its operations. These challenges begin from entry level hires to senior
staffers and cannot be answered by searching on google. So according to me, company should
hire people people who possess problem solving skill especially for those roles which requires in
dealing with complex business challenges such as changing variables and tight deadlines. I was
curious to know about this skills and found relevant content on internet and from that I have
understand importance of problem solving skill as it makes easier for business to deal with
uncertainties and challenges. Following are some benefits of problem solving skill. As I want to
become a manager in my professional career and this skill will help me in maintaining harmony
among employees which leads to better productivity.
