INTRODUCTION Communication is an effective tool which helps in transferring information from one person to another. This report will further include, two different email providers and compare and contrast their features and application on business. Furthermore, this study highlights,online research skills and digital communication skills. MAIN BODY Communication is aneffective process of transferring information from one person to another for transmitting data and better understanding. Communication helps in directing person for effective decision making and better performing for more accurate results and outcomes. Every communication involves a message, one sender and a recipient. This process helps in transmitting message from a sender to a recipient to gain more understanding and transmission of data from one person to another. The sender âencodesâ the information or message and the reviver decodes it and give feedback. Communication process It is an effective process through which the process starts with conceptualization of thoughts, ideas and effectively transmit the message by using appropriate channel to the receiver. Features of Gmail an Zoho mail email provider: Gmail and Zoho mail are both email servers. Gmail is an effective cloud computing app by using google software. On the contrary, Zoho mail is a business solution email provider for CRM and use MS Office suite application. Gmail is a free email app, whereas Zoho mail is also a free email provider as it allows 25 users for single domain with the limit of 5 GB per individual user. Zoho mail has advanced features, filters, powerful control management, email policies, two factor authentication, user and group management for better security and privacy. Gmail use google suite application to mange the work and organize emails. Google+ helps in communication and google drive for storage. Zoho mail has various applications like mail suite app, Zoho app and Zapier. Gmail is useful for virus protection and is suitable for business as it helps in integrating and organizing all emails. It is safe, secure and private. It helps in elevating email conversations with video conferencing and chat for effectively communicating and transmitting message.It helps in quick management, easy collaboration and prompt email response on the real time basis (Why Gmail and CRM integration is important for business,2019).
