Executive Summary:
This report has been used for the description of the research work is based on GDPR and the
ethical consideration of GDPR. It can be implemented and can also be effectively used for
medical institutional purpose. The resources are mainly required for the effectiveness and
clearing out the information of a particular application. Both the diagrams, the block diagram
and the sequence diagram, will be provided for understanding the context better. The ethical
consideration needed for the system is also depicted in the picture. The assumptions that are
mentioned here are explicit in nature and maintain both structural and behavioral analysis as
per B.U. organization. Software application is used to create a diagram which shows the
effectiveness of the story. The report can further be understood properly with the help of

General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR which plays an important role in the
organization of collecting valuable data. The processing of the data and enforcing the
requirement for the countries according is a requirement. It is very important to secure the
data from unethical sources, hence protection is needed. There is a requirement of driving a
huge role of high profile breaches for the data in GDPR. This scenario is readily visible
amongst the technical giants who are glued to the computer continuously developing new
ideas, processing new application and are determined to make it a success. The requirements
of GDPR is extremely genuine and they also helps the organizations to give more emphasis
on their data handling and ethical issues. These are just guidelines which are created for the
website which is will in return make sure of both the company’s and the organization’s
creation of effective management system for data resources. There are laws to protect the
privacy of the data in Europe. GDPR helps in bringing about some changes in the company
so that they can take some steps in maintaining the confidentiality of the data in the
organization.
General Data Protection Regulation has processed an empowerment of its own as per
the policy of the criminal justice and police. There is a strict regulatory act which clearly
mention that the punishment for breaching into data by any unauthorized entity will be
subjected to more than just imprisonment. This acts as a regulation and is interpreted if the
regulation act is ignored. GDPR also helps in conquering all the data breaches over the
country with the help of some resources, hence concluding the application. The regulatory
acts for GDPR can also be used for state regulation for anticipating offenses. Hence, it also
acts like a law enforcement for the passing act of justice. The acts like the policies reinforced
for the data breaches can be dealt with the help of GDPR. The strategies for the rules are
justified by these laws. The requirements of the system are also mandatory. The same
scenario has also been discussed for the educators would are involved with the VLE of the
BU organization.
Ethical Consideration
This research is all about ethics. Hence, it is very important to make some standard
differences. The research helps in determination of the differences between the acceptable
