The situational issues that I had to face included, Tony had been very dominating and autocratic project manager and he did not listened to his team members. I realized that the project had been delayed due to various issues and problems and the project has been largely impacted due to the occurrence of the issues in the project. Tony had been lazy and did not care for his teammate’s advice of not starting the construction work from the top floor that resulted in causing the problem for the execution of the project activities. My study implied that the project alignment would be deployed for forming the major problems for the study and development of the effective case study. The implication also showed that the project would tend for listing the issues. The leadership requirement for the project involves the utilization of the specific activities supporting the formation of the effective development. Our project supports the integration of the effective leadership requirements for the project. It is helpful for supporting the implication of the smart development factors. My study would embark the use of the proper documentation for the deployment of the improved operations and it would result in forming the utilization of the final reports for the implication of the effective documentation process. I had to involve the use of the supporting and improved communication for the project.
