2PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT
Introduction
The following assignment had been based on the consideration of the improved
functional and professional development. The study would comprise of using the effective
project tracking and monitoring (Harrison and Lock 2017). The following assignment had been
developed for analysing the case study of ProCon Services Australia. The study helped in
developing the understanding of the detailed status report and the leadership behavior for listing
the alignment of the improved functional development. The study would assist the development
of the documentation supporting the final deployment of the final documents that would be
helpful for the formation of the keys for the utilization of the successive alignment of the status
reports. The cost factor analysis has been deployed for analyzing the deployment of the effective
implication of the management process (Winner and Hill 2016). The study would also cover the
analysis of the team environment and the leadership requirements in the organization.
Summary of Project Status
The project has been largely impacted due to the occurrence of the issues in the project.
The study would embark the use of the proper documentation for the deployment of the
improved operations and it would result in forming the utilization of the final reports for the
implication of the effective documentation process. Tony had been lazy and did not care for his
teammate’s advice that resulted in causing the problem for the execution of the project activities.
The project was to be completed in 4 months of time with a total budget of $1,200,000.00. The
project was expected to result in completion by 1st July. The scheduled day of commencement
was 1st of March. However the following data has been collected from the analysis,
