current circumstances as covid19 pandemic the entrepreneurship is suffering from the difficult
situation where many companies and businessman are not able to develop and grow their
business in efficient manner where the company cannot be able to obtain the goods results an
outcome (Davies, Manning and Söderlund, 2018). However, the company named Gillette also
requires overcoming the research and development issues and can turn them into a global success
widely. Accordingly, the company management has to keep their focus on the customer needs
and requirements in the covid19 time the people are looking for the products which are
affordable to them and useful as well which can help them in their daily routine life. Similarly,
they also required to implement the effective marketing strategies from where they can easily
understand the market areas and can development new product in the market by assessing the
market needs and requirements. Along with this, managing the staff of the company also can
enable the company to adopt the effective results and productivity in such market.
Question 2-
According to the case study, it has been mentioned that the company Gillette has always believed
in the continuous new product development and also agreed that R&D department is the
important to differentiate from the competitors. However, as per the study and supposing as a
entrepreneur here mentioning some of the steps which a businessman should implement from
which they can be able to increase the company growth and overall performance as well.
Investing in product which people desires: The economic development can be done by the
businessman in this recent pandemic situation by investing in the product or services which the
people are looking for and required essentially in their daily lifestyle. Providing the daily
requirements to the public will allow the company to increase the product sale from where the
company can be able to grow and develop themselves accordingly and can acquire the
effectiveness (Velikorossov, Maksimov and et.al, 2020).

Employment opportunities: The economic development also encourages the youth and people
in the society by giving them an appropriate opportunity of the employment from where the
individual person can be able to get employed and can achieve their set goals and targets
effectively.
Innovation: The term innovation simple means the establishment or generation of the new

being. Innovation is the best process and strategy to foster the economic development.

As per the case study, the two women named Sara and Latifa developed an idea of starting a new
business of the walking kitchen where they are looking for a investor who can be help them to
finance their business in definite manner. Accordingly, they got the one investor but required
another one (Tien, 2020). There are different kinds of investor who can help and support the Sara
and Latifa where the angel investors can be perfect for them as the investor invest their economy
in new business and start-ups and can deliver the effective results. Also, they have the positive
features like they are trustworthy and their staff is very polite who can understand the Sara and
Latifa needs and requirements accordingly. Along with this, they also should be able to take the
decision accordingly which can benefit the Sara and Latifa in their new business opening.
Question 4-
Triple constraints helps in the effective management of the project. The three elements of the
triple constraints which will help the in the success of this business are
Cost: These are related to the financial constraint of the project as it can also called as the
project budget. Having enough budget will help the business to effectively manage the
requirements. The business idea which was generated by the Latifa and Sofia in the case study
will have to
ensure about enough budget for launching this project (Ocharo and Kimutai, 2018). Scope: The
task which is very necessary for fulfilling the goals of the project. These both in the case studies
have to focus on this task for achieving the goals of the project for setting up the walking
kitchen.
Time: This element deals with making the proper schedule for the project to reach the stage of
the completion. The business project of setting up the walking kitchen has to make the proper
timing of completing this project (Sirisomboonsuk, Cao and Burns, 2018). Hence, the Triple
Constraints explains that the success of the project is basically gets affected by the costs, time as

The business must use the right information and enough budget for making the better decisions
for the business. This will help the business to avoid the business failure by poor financial
planning (de Oliveira Dias and et.al., 2018).
Marketing: The business muster ensure of using the effective marketing strategies for making
the products and services reach to the consumers. Effective marketing of the business will help
the company to attract the large number of the customers by consistently testing the results.
People: This the most important factor to be considered for the success of the company. This
involves the team members as well as the partners of the business. The right people performing
the right task will help them to build the effective relations between the employees and the
management (Erwanto and Zusi, 2020).
