This contract is for supply, and prompt delivery of stationery materials legally binds Dana
Stationery Solutions Ltd and North Central Community Policy Center hereinafter referred to as
the supplier on 10th April 2020.

The material supplier agrees to supply North Central Community Policy Centre with assorted
stationery material according to the terms and conditions of this legal contract and any of the
applicable annexes (Policy 2020). the following documents are vital to this contract:

b. Product Price Schedule
c. Acceptance Notice of Award
d. Performance Security

2.1 Dana Stationery Solution Ltd agrees to supply North Central Community Centre stationery
goods in strict regulation of the specifications, and the prices stated below

3.Charges and Payments
3.1 The total price of the incidental services and the goods supplied under this contract totals to
$275000
3.2 Dana Stationery Solutions Ltd should invoice North Central Community Center on the
delivery of goods following the provisions of this contract and payment is due 45 days after
acceptance of the invoice
3.3 the following documents will accompany the invoice; air waybill number, transportation
invoice, product packing list, certificate of origin
