Introduction The Golden Wattle Leisure pty is a leisure group that has dynamic business products and still moving forward towards more development. It has six racecourses where all racing fixtures takes place. They are also famous for being the largest operator of horseracing in Victoria. The company is planning to redevelop the racecourse in Hamilton in order to construct a five storey grandstand with features like exhibition, and conference centres. Also a casino and 120 bed hotel will open for Regent Louis Stakes meeting in August, 2021. Therefore, the Golden Wattle Leisure pty is looking for all the possible procurement solution as well as budgets to implement in their developing business so that optimum solutions can be generated in terms of performance of the business. The goal of this project is to discuss all the stakeholders involved in the project, and the success criteria that led to the project completion. Procurement Issues Procurement can be defined as the way of finding terms and agreeing with them in order to access services and goods (Rahmani et al. 2017). The possible key procurement issues can be as follows: Client resources- The Golden Wattle Leisure pty Company must be adequate finances to complete the construction of the building along with all the features of the company. The criteria that will define the success of the project like the satisfaction of the stakeholders, completion of project within the stipulated time, cost and scope. The objective of this project is to obtain all the services as well as goods which are highly required for achieving the scope of the project.
