Organization taken in this report isTesco which is founded by Jack Cohen in year 1919 and it is operating its business in retailindustry. Its headquarter is situated in England and they serve their products at UK, Malaysia,Ireland, India and so on. Topic which are include in this report are explanation of documentsused by management of a company in order to inform messages to its employees in effectivemanner.TASK 11.1 Compare the different types of document that could be used to present agreed information,selecting the most appropriateThere are several type of documents which are used to present information in anorganization, some major of them which are used by Tesco are given below:-Training Manual:It can be provide in respective company in the form of formal letteror electronic medium. It is a kind of book or booklet which will include all instructionwhich staffs has to perform for attaining goal.Training Form:It is provided in informal manner and print medium at Tesco. It isdescribe as a printed document which is used to register an individual for training or anyeducation course.Training Checklist:It is a generally used to analysis what have to do and what anindividual have do. It generally identify difference so that management of respectivecompany develop strategy to resolve it(Hamiltonand Webster, 2018). It can be donethrough different type of software as well as through specific template.By analysing all the above document it can be analysis that training manual is mostappropriate for Tesco.
