PRODUCTION ENGINEER
A person who looks after the
technological as well as management
perspective of manufacturing in a
company. A production engineer is
also known as manufacturing engineer
(Morse et al. 2014).

Conflict Management
The production engineer works closely
with the floor manager and the head
of the manufacturing department in
understanding and dealing with
conflicts and issues that may arise in
the manufacturing arena (Hitomi
2017).

Reputation Management
The Production engineer is a person who
investigates regarding the technology and
innovations that can be implemented in
the manufacturing process of the
company, this helps in achieving the
objective and goals which are based on
the values and principles of the company
thus upholding the reputation (Kalpakjian
and Schmid 2014).
