INTRODUCTION
 The professional and academic skills includes oral capability and on paper writing skills that are
like typical and analysed subjective writing and the skills to display the written information. These
skills help in the grow and compete in the work life. Academic skills are referred to attending the
workshops, internships, academic writing and research. These skills open opportunities coming
ahead in the course.

Challenges of studying business management
and thriving in professional practice
 Team work: This is biggest challenge which is faced while studying business management. Students are
required to understand about team work as they helps in making professionalism developed within
students. For example projects assigned to students of management require teamwork to be used that
makes importance of diversity developed within them.
 Coordination: It is another challenge faced by students as they shape professional attitude within them.
For example If coordination is not there then students faces difficulties in completing there assignment.
This make quality of work decreased which is an important prospective of working within an
organization.

Explain the challenges of knowing and practising business management
professionally.
 Develop key management skills – The key skills will bring a
businessman to be a valuable asset for the company and make them
capable to function in opportunity an threat(Menz, 2020). Their reaction
will tell about their learning in business management. The key skills
include critical, strategic thinking, problem solving, presenting, reporting,
leadership and project management.

The significance of effective academic and professional skills development.
 Encouragement – The person gets inspired for adapting responsibility instead
of transferring it to another person(Umer and Gul, 2019). They don't blame for
their deeds to anyone.
 Confidence – The confidence in verbal, group and cooperation skills tells
about the effort and percent of participation they apply in the business. They
are high in self-esteem.
 Decision making – They assess numerous ways before making decision. They
also make certain understandability when they need to decide out of their
fields.

Effective team working skills
Teamwork is an collaborative effort that is achieved in order to achieve goals and
objectives that has been set by an organization. Further, the concept has been
dealing with greater framework making growth of organization achieved in more
effective manner. Also through team work proper framework is prepared upon
making common goals achieved. The concept is based over four key features that is
based upon shared goal, interdependence, boundedness and stability, the ability to
manage their own work and internal process, and operate in a bigger social system.

in making information circulated more
effectively.
Weakness
 Also I marked out that my observation
skills are my weakness that has made my
work not to be completed on time.
