Introduction
Professional development helps an individual become more
competent in the business world. These are skill-set required
for an individual to better understand the work and work
efficiently. Developing professionally relate with study
strategies, it is a basic approach to learn and can handle
organisation process.

Challenges of studying business management and
thriving in professional practice (with appropriate
examples)
Business Management refers to the planning,
organising, controlling and directing the
managerial work in a business. In this, the manager
manages all the activities that are required to be
performed to have an efficient workplace
(Ledbetter-Cho, and et.al., 2018). Manager is also
required to integrate the activities of different
departments and to work according to the
predetermined goals and organisational objectives.

The importance of effective academic skills development
Academic skills are necessary for students, professors and
guides to use their full potential and learn or help others
learn. These are a set of study habits, learning strategies,
and time management techniques that help students learn
and retain information in school. These skills encourage its
users to become more efficient learners (Lansdell, Marx and
Mohammadali-Haji, 2020).

The importance of effective professional skills development
Professional skills refers to the technical skill set that
an individual possess which helps them perform their
profession related tasks more efficiently. These are
capacities that can assist you with prevailing in your
work (Volobueva and Stepanova, 2018). An individual
gains this expertise through education and work
experience.

SKILL WAYS TO BE DEVELOPED JUDGING CRITERIA TIME OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
Leadership This is a skill I lack in, so to furnish this skill set, I
will take up management courses and learn on
how to be a better better manager and in turn,
leader. To boost my confidence, I will take part in
activities as a leader.
Development of this skill will be judged
constantly as I take part in more and more
activities as a leader.

openly express your opinions, hence I will take up
part in group discussions and social cultural

From above academic and personality development presentation, it is concluded that there are many skills that
are required for an individual to hod for a better future. The above discussed skills are very important for every
individual. These enhances individual personality and make them competent in world. It helps an individual to
grow personally and professionally and also enhance self-awareness, work in a team. Basically, it makes future
