Introduction
Professional and academic skill development refers to developing the
skill of professional individuals and students. These are basically abilities and
strategies that is helpful for professional individuals and students in order to
succeed in the specific environment(Lambey, 2020). This report will analyse
the various challenges of studying business management. It will further
explain the importance of professional and academic skills development along
with SWOT analysis and action plan to overcome from weaknesses.

Academic skill refers to the abilities and strategies involved in the academics help to

academic period which is helpful for the career and it makes the students stay focussed
and self motivated to achieve their goals(Beagon and Bowe, 2018). Academic skills
are essential in order to enhancement of productivity and efficiency in the academics

involved in the company's project in which time period of
completion is less. It helps me complete the project on
time rather than focussing on unnecessary details.

Lack of presentation skill To overcome this weakness , I enrolled in the
presentation skill courses and also started to participate
in public speaking program.

seniors.

Conclusion
From the above analyses it is concluded that how professional and
academic skill development increases capability and efficiency of professional
individuals and students. The analysis explains various challenges of studying
