1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and
development, and the transferable skills
it is very important for an individual to develop various skills for the career
development. The personal developed is defied as the activity and the process of
learning the different ways in order to be effective and efficient to work. this includes
learning of transferable skills which helps an individual for the further growth and
development in their career. It is very important for me to learn of the different
strategies and theories in order to be effective and efficient to perform various task.
The self development includes scoring higher marks within the academics which
improves the tendency to showcase skills in future career.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
the personal learning and development is defied as the process of learning
and making the use of the rights strategies within the personal growth and
development. It is very important for an individual to analyses the various key
considerations in order to develop their learning in an effective and efficient manner.
For the personal learning an development I am practicing various approaches which
is enhancing my skills and knowledge. It is very essential for me to practice and and
understand the importance continuous leaning. There are various skills which I need
to develop ion order to develop my career in the particular field. The personal
development is important for an individual in order to gain competitive advantage. As
I am pursuing with the management course where the major field is marketing where
I need to be expert with the communication skills. The learning can be effective
where I stay focus on the particular aspect and in order to find solutions to the
different situations which can improve my interpersonal skills.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
There are certain skills which I was already able to develop during this module. This
has impacted in my personality and performance and also helped me in performing the
various task effectively. The various skills which I have developed are mentioned below;
 Information technology skills- this is the skills which I have developed during this
module. As there were various assignments and projects which need to be
compacted with the help of the new techniques. It skills I very important for me in
today's scenario as every organization look for the people have the knowledge of

high technology. I was able to learn how to use the various techniques effectively.
The use of the word, excel in an effective manner which makes the task easier.
 Listening skills- This is considered as the most effective skills in order to
communicate effectively. I was able to develop my listening skills within this module
which has assisted me in several ways. This is most important skill for me so that I
can complete my assignment sand projects on a right time in an effective manner. It
is very important to listen to the instructions clearly which helps in performing the
task. I was able to develop my listening skills my understanding the perspective of
other persons effectively. During the module there were various lectures and it is
very important to keep the high level of concentrations in order to listen to eth
professors.

personal life and the workplace
It is very essential for me to keep developing the various skills in accordance
with the trend within the world. There are various skills which I need to develop
during the academics, personal life and the workplace in order to achieve growths
and success. The various skills which I need to develop are mentioned below;
 Analytical and research skills- this is the skills which is required in every
field. In order to develop my career in the marketing field I need to be mote
attentive and think for the ways in which the problem can be solved. The
analytical and research skill includes the ways in which research can be
conducted in an effective and efficient manner. This is most important skills
which need to be effective for the personal life and within the workplace.
 Leadership skills- In order to lead the team and be effective within the
workplace. It is very important for me to develop the leadership skills so that I
can perform the task effectively within my workplace. The leadership skill
which I need to be develop as it is important for the personal life to lead
effectively. The goals and objective need to be defined in an appropriate
manner.
