1. Evaluation and Reflection on my Approaches to Individual
Experiences, Learning and Development
Professional and personal development involves the improvement in the set
of skills in order to gain desire position in the workplace and in order to maintain
good relations with people. The personal development basically involves knowledge
of operation in interested field, communication, proper management and planning of
time in order to achieve objectives and aims. The report will involve the
competencies and skills against the professional standard of the organization as well
production of the personal development learning log and action plan in order to
develop the skills in the next 12 months and in addition to that it involves personal
development plan that includes a CV. Personal learning is basically a way to
manage the requirements and needs in order to gain position in the company and
improving the set of skills. The personal learning can be applied as per the goals and
individuals that could be achieved through professional and personal development
(Tight, 2021).
1.2 Identification of my skills and those skills that I has
developed by attending this Programme
Self-learning is an approach that helps the managers to pace, procedure and control
the content of their personal learning. There are various approaches in order to
maintain the self-managed learning. Transferable skills are basically those skills that
can be used in various occupations and roles that involve skills such as self-control,
communication and problem solving skills. There are various transferable skills
which I developed during my modules (Xu, 2021).
Communication: It is the process of sharing and transferring information from one
person to another. It involves the process of converting ideas into words which could
be easily understood that involves spoken arrangement, questioning frequently,
effective learning and displaying skills.
Technical skills: It involves the information of the certain field that involves
manufacturing, electronic computer, engineering science, management
accountancy, social science and various fields.
Conceptual skills: It involves the usage of content in order to resolve the various
industry problems for knowing the organization and betterment of the business
framework (DiPaola and Wagner, 2018).

develop few skills in order to develop my academic skills in both my workplace and

Leadership: It is the process of influencing the behavior of people by making them
strive voluntarily towards attainment of organizational goals and objectives. The skills
of personal leadership helps in providing a lot of learning benefits that involves
mentoring, coaching, team development, teamwork, motivation and various other
skills. The personal development skills involves helping individuals to worth with their
highest potential through maximizing the impact and pursuing self-mastery (Alt,
2018).
Self-reflection: It involves the opportunities in order to think through professional
priorities and personal priorities in order to examine the learning needs and
attachments. The personal reflections help in regularly recording about the work
practice that involves areas of professional development that can help in achieving
future goals and objectives.
