INTRODUCTION Professional behaviour refer to set of actions and practices that a person conduct to create positive environment in the work area. The current assignment will highlight how role of a people professional is changing, what impactis these changeshaving on CPD and key characteristics of a good practice career professional development. It will also define self assessments of individual competency against ethical practice core behaviours, other forms of feedback determine strengths and weaknesses setting personal development aims and will also define how I can meet each development objective. Furthermore, the report will specify reflective practices and impact of learning & CPD. TASK 1 COVERED IN PPT Briefing document 1.1 Professional or professionalism term drive the attention of a person toward become a skilled candidate, whom requirement or need in a company may increase continually. It is fact that a people professional may require, because of certain reasons (BLOODGOOD, 2022). For example, the biggest reason behind requirement of these individuals in the workplace is to grab existing business growth chances that may contribute to make a firm productive and competitive for longer in the market. Along with above reason, professional individuals are required within a company becausethey are able to work anywhere in term of making possible change and accepting the same. It can be said that people professional are capable to open doors to jobs in each sector, and also allow building excellent career, whether it related to international or nation level in an industry, regarding which individual may take interest. Professional people play vital role in growth of companies, whether it is large or small, as they may tend to recognize the impact of certain factors and then make possible change accordingly, which is important for them to do that appropriately. Their contributed toward aim achievement may in turn increase demand or requirement of people professional. 1.2 Ethical values refer to set of actions and decisions that an individual person may take to influence other. Each action and decision related to this term may drive people professional attention toward achieving strategic aim and objectives. It may enable them to become a kind,
honest, self-disciplineand trustworthy person, who may never take approachto conduct unethical practice that put impact on their own and others work, negatively. I am a loyal person and this term defines my personal values as I do not avoid other initiatives. With this personal value, I felt capable to reach desire outcomes in term of motivating others and influencing their performance in positive manner. Honesty is another personal value that I prefer to implement or follow in appropriate manner, in term of providing benefits to other about their own work, instead of taking advantages in regard the same. I have affects on my work positively and contribute to develop excellent work relation between individual candidate. I also prefer to create stress free and friendly environment in the workplace, which in turn provide a lot of benefits to me as well as others. For example, it helps to increase productivity, performance and confidence level of individuals. 1.3 & 1.5 I can conduct a lot of practices in the workplace and gain benefits of that such as contribution in regard to key discussion that aid to assure people or workers practices are applied or not. Face to face communication is the best approach that I prefer to utilize and take into my consideration, because of clear and specific reason. It can grab chance to collect useful information about practises that people applied and conducted to grow and achieve set aims. Furthermore, I can effectively interact to engage and influence others by using several tools and technologies such as email. It can provide more benefits to me in term of sharing information quickly, without making delay in the context of similar process. It also aid to engage people in the context of decision-making procedure and influence in positive manner in term of taking their opinions as well as useful suggestions. I might raise issues with policy formation situation that put direct impact on success, progress and practices of individuals, in negative term. Instead of considering candidates needs, I can conduct practice to form of strategy or policy that raise issue and create more challenges that in turn create complications in the workplace. 2.1 Maslow's hierarchy of needs is the best example of motivational theory that in turn provide benefits to business and employees in bulk. For example, it may encompass five different approaches such as psychological, safety, esteem, love, and self-actualization needs. Problem solving initiative fulfil the motive of creating stress free environment in the workplace that put positive impact on employees' performance. I will evaluate the impact of this action paying specific attention to extent to engagement within company, in term of measuring aim achievement level. It is the best way which I would consider and use, along with others. Knowledge sharing also aid to response each form of feedback in term of providing basis understanding to individual person that they may utilize to improve existing things such as performance. The sales and profitability gap identification enable me to evaluate the impact of current practice that I will conduct or put in the place, appropriately. People professional role in the recent time is changing because of emerging needs and evolving
trends that put direct impact on their profession, as well as activities related to the same (Herbert and et.al., 2021). When the requirement of stakeholders related to business success may change, it may drive the attention of people professional such as HRM to make possible modification within current activities as well. Further direction, suggestions and requirement may change the role of human resource team as people professional. Technology advancement is the biggest change that also modify duty of HR expert. What impact are these alter having on my career professional development? There are different types of changes occur within the corporate world, that put impact on my performance and initiative that I plan to consider regarding CPD. For example, change in the context of people professional skill requirements put positive impact on my career professional development. It drives my attention toward setting aims and objectives to make better CPD, that is important for me to do that. Anther change that affect my performance related to similar concept, is related to technology. It also driven my concentration toward adding more value in my career professional development plan as I will take action to utilize internet. For purpose of conducting self-assessment, I had utilized SWOT analysis, which drive the attention of individuals toward determining their strengths and key competencies. With the help of this skill or competency I will grab a lot of advantages in the future that also play vital role in the context of my professional career. 3.2- Determining my strengths and weaknesses setting personal development objectives- Effective communication is one of my strengths that I had utilized in appropriate manner. I tend to use this competence in the future as well, because of varied reasons such as to interact with others, to engage employees in several activities, boost their morale and improve performance that is essential and beneficial too, for everyone. It has been concluded from above study that by taking right decision and using useful resources, I had meet my objectives and developed understanding about those valuable things that enabled me to accomplish each and every task in the workplace.
