1. Position title
The chosen position for this research is junior business analyst who work with the project
teams as well as senior business analyst in order to ensure that products and application can be
meet in order to meet the end of an end users. The role of junior business analyst is to perform
research, collect as well as interpret the data and then analyse models that helps to meet the
defined aim of a company (Babar, Bunker and Gill, 2018). Also, defining risk factor, and support
the user acceptance is another role performed by the chosen position. Along with this, Junior
business analyst support the senior management in order to generate a better outcome and
improve their learning so that they can attain the goals in near future
The current report will also determine the required skills and skills possessed by me in
order to ensure that whether I am fit for the position or not. Also, the report will further
determine SWOT analysis and after determining weakness, report provide action plans that assist
to convert weakness into strength.
