unethical behaviour. The corruption violates the human rights, challenges the rule of law, distorts
the development process and disempowers the Indian state. this also destroys the trust an
individual have over the public(Everett and Davidson, 2019)
Explain the code of conduct which can help in resolving the issue
It is identified that the anti- corruption code of conduct which is refereed to the United
nations convention of corruption which is committed to all form s of corruption. It is identified

that for the globalisation of the organisation in the foreign market it is very important for the
companies to adhere to certain rule and regulations which is formulated by the government. It is
also identified that the polices which are made by the government in order to conduct the ethical
practices within the internationalisation of the business enterprises. It is very important to keep
the public sector honest, transparent and accountable in order to remove the issue of corruption
within the business organisation. The one of the sector which is mainly responsible for the
prevention of corruption is the public sector where it can focus on removing the risk of
corruption in its own work areas. It is very important for the organisation to maintain the
corruption resistant culture within its enterprise. It is very essential for the managers to be aware
of the ethical code of conduct which need to be followed within the organisation in order to
