INTRODUCTION
It is very important for an individual to consider various aspect of learning and
development in order to build their career. There are various issues and challenges which need to
be studies in order to expand the organisation. It is very important that the organisation focus on
the challenges which they might face. This will help in understanding the better aspect for the
development. It is very essential that an individual can focus on learning and development from

Introduce and define the issue/ challenge
It is identified that there are various factors which brings the attention of the governments
of the developed world which is related to the problem of corruption. In the end of the cold war
and the trends to globalisation. The corruption have impacted in the global business environment
which has resulted in the international financial environment. It is observed that when the large
companies tries to enter into the international market so it is very important for the companies to
secure the number of license , registrations and other government approvals. It is identified that
Bribery is one of the major issue and is indulge in corruption where the people are engaged in the
unethical behaviour. The corruption violates the human rights, challenges the rule of law, distorts
the development process and disempowers the Indian state. this also destroys the trust an
individual have over the public(Everett and Davidson, 2019)
Explain the code of conduct which can help in resolving the issue
It is identified that the anti- corruption code of conduct which is refereed to the United
nations convention of corruption which is committed to all form s of corruption. It is identified
