INTRODUCTION
Professional career development means it is type of course that helps for starting the
process of the career development and planning. This process might be involves the planning,
self-assessment and preliminary development strategy for having the better results through that
could keep the person being for more updated. As this could also help for making sure about the
various skills and knowledge which are must be required to developed and also given the
timescales through that could make about the future development. This report explain about the
reflection about the professional career development plan through that could be easier for
making sure about the job opportunities.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective cycle
Graham Gibbs reflective cycle gives the structure about the learning while by having the
experiences (Hanan, 2020). It might be also offers the learning experiences, skills and various
other knowledge so that could help for making sure about the various things and also about the
skills required to be complete the work.
Description:-
I was happy that I have given the interview in the organization and that been the first
interview for me in any organization. At time of giving interview I was feeling quite frustrated
and feeling unhappy and also thinking about how should I will deal with the situation while by
taking at time of giving interview. While at time of interview I was quite because as I am not
getting about things what they will ask to me and how I will answer those question. Hence, it
was the best experience of giving interview at first time in any organization and also develop
confidence for attending any further interview of any companies. But some of the skills and
knowledge have been lacking behind at time of giving interview and for further process I must
be required to make sure about the strategies through which that could keep more for developing
the better results in future (Salerni, 2020). This might be also for having the better future
development and the experience I have faced issues while at time of recruiting and selection in
the organization and communication skills along with positive thinking are must be important
for giving any interview at any organization. The interviewee seems to be confidence while at
