INTRODUCTION
It is identified that for the business organisation to conduct the business within the global
environment it is very important for the company to be aware of the external factors. There are
various issues which is faced by the companies in order to conduct the business operations in the
global environment. It is very important for the companies to overcome with the challenges in
order to expand its business sin the global environment. This includes various aspect which need
to be considers for the ethical code of conduct. This is the report which is faced in the challenges
which is faced by the organisation. (Baudot, and et.al., 2020Bindhu, D., 2021). This report will

The issue which is taken into consideration for this report is the corporate social
responsibly which is the most challenging the the organisations in the global aspect. It is very
important for the organisations to understand the concept of corporate social responsibility in
order to gain the competitive advantage. The corporate social responsibility is challenges
because of the climatic changes in the different countries differs and this impact within the
operations of the business enterprise. It is the challenging issue as every organisation is able able
to perform the activities and they might produce some or the other issue for the people or the
society. As in the concept of the global environment it is very difficult for the organisation in
maintaining the sustainability of the environment which lead to the issue for the business
organisations. There are various types of green gases which are produced by the organisation in
order to conduct the business operations globally. It is identified that there are several other
governing bodies (Bindhu, D., 2021)

It is very important for the business organisations to adopt the ethical code of conduct in
order to resolve the problem of the corporate social responsibility with the global environment. It
is necessary that the organisation focus on adapting the various practices in order to be ethical to

produce the products and services. There are several aspect which need ot be considered by te
organisation which are discussed below:
 it is necessary for the organisation to give the equal human rights to its employees within
the work place which is the crucial part of the businesses in order to motivate its
employees.
 It is necessary for the organisation to contribute in the social responsibility by promoting
in the reduce of the green houses gases which is produced by the companies in order to
promote the products and services.
 The companies are responsible for adopting and contributing in giving some percentage
to the poor section of the society. This enhances in the brand image of the companies
within the environment. (Guzzo, R.F., Wang, X. and Abbott, J., 2020)
 It is very important for the organisation expanding its market in the international market
to follow the laws which are been suggested by the government bodies in order to avoid
any legal actions and responsible for mainlining the ethical code of conduct in order to
operate the business activities.

There is the support and guidance which is available from the relevant professional
bodies which is discussed below:
 it is very important for the organisation to take the support of the government bodies in
order to conduct the corporate social responsibility.
 This is defined as a responsibility of an individual and the companies to conduct the
ethical ways in order to be effective and save environment from the harmful impacts.
 There are various aspect now a days such as cyber crime because of the unethical
practices which need to be eliminated as the companies should be responsible in
contributing towards the society. (Latif, K.F. and Sajjad, A., 2018)
 It is very important for the organisation to participate in the various campaigns which is
been suggested by the government in order to save environment.
Explain the positive and negative impact of the code of conduct with the professional bodies
over the organisation
There is always a positive and negative impact of every situation and circumstances. As the issue
of the corporate social responsibility in the aspect of the global business environment it is very

essential for the organisation to have a impact over the business operations which need to be
considered in order to practice the ethical ways. There are various impact which is discussed
below:
 as there can be the negative impact if the organisation is not aware of any rules and
responsibility in the international country which can be the issue for the companies.
 There is the positive impact of the government bodies which have mentioned that the
companies has to compulsory participate in some amount of social responsibility in order
