This study is being focused on perception of the graduates of their skills in
professional communication as communication is regarded as the most important skills set by
the employers who want universities to develop the communication skills of the students so
that they can fulfil the necessities of the working environment. Further, the article also
emphasized on the manners in which the professional communication skills are developed in
the graduates throughout their studies along with its value at the time of moving towards the
employment. Moreover, this article is being segregated into two studies being conducted in
Australia with the help of interviews of graduates. The graduates were both Chinese
Australian origin working in Australia as well as china throughout different sectors. It was
explored from the study that writing, presentation along with the inter-cultural skills were
regarded as most crucial by the participants. The authors conclude that even though it has
been determined that most of the respondents were contended with the manner they have
been evolved with these skills at the University of Australia, there were some international
graduates who required more support from the University for acquiring these skills. In the
final section of the article, the authors made suggestions that it is important that the academic
workers must be offered structured interventions for inter-cultural communication,
professional training and integrated learning.

In this article, the authors have reviewed a methodical work evaluation which was

Qualitative methodology was being utilized by the authors in which they have extracted and
evaluated 133 articles from different databases. After evaluating these articles, it has been
found out by the authors that mostly the researchers have emphasized on the requirement of
the learners or requirements of the industry and very small number of studies have
triangulated the outcomes amid varied stakeholders for obtaining an enhanced image of the
desires, requirements along with the gaps amid the current and target conditions. Moreover,
the research study has also originated that mostly the researchers were being attentive
towards language jobs needed and have not paid due attention on the abilities needed to carry
out that language jobs effectively.
The authors made a conclusion that the result of this article and study is a projected
hypothetical model for development of professional communication capability between the
budding graduates that is supposed to be utilized in the future researches for addressing the
gaps being originated in this study. This research has focussed on the gaps and breaks that
