INTRODUCTION
This assessment is about ARUL who is identifying the issues regarding reduces the impact
of climate change and further it can provide the environmental benefits. ARUL may now be
considering reducing its effect on climate change. There is a small level of funding required to
aid any action designed to improve the environmental effects of ARUL. There are three possible
solutions which help in minimising the impact of climate change or aim to improve
environmental effect. First one is to investing into solar panel which provides several advantages
through saving energy but unable to safe cost. It means, using solar panel is very costly but it
also reduces the fossil fuel. Another article is about the use of E-bikes which helps in reducing
congestion and make people fir and healthy. In addition, last solution is paperless work by
intruding digital work which helps in minimising wastage of paper and beneficial for
environment.

1. Possible solutions
In order to minimise the impact of climate change in the current business environment,
ARUL has several possible solutions which are as follow:
Solar energy:
 Strengths: By using solar energy, ARUL can reduce the climate change impact on the
environment. It has several benefits such as using less water because it is essential natural
resources (ZEN Energy, 2018, 17th February 2020). Electricity production will use
thousands of litters of water per year. Nonetheless, generating electricity from solar
panels doesn't require water at all. To produce energy, the process of solar photovoltaic
cells requires no liquid at all, it will reduce the burden on this precious natural resources.
It also helps in reducing air pollution, leads to slow climate change, reduce carbon
footprint of households etc.
 Weakness: The initial cost of installing a solar panel is relatively very high. That
involves charging for the solar panel systems, inverters, batteries, wiring. Nonetheless,
the growth of solar energy is ongoing, and it is fair to say that costs will go down in the
future. Unable to capture solar energy during the night time. Where a person still requires
