INTRODUCTION
 Professional development and business communication is
determined as a process through which the individual person
emphasized on acquiring or managing the process that offer
opportunity within organisation and also helpful in career
progression as well as development. In this assignment, the
reflection statement is explained by using DIEP model.
There are two kinds of skills such as communication as well
as technological skills which will be helpful in my career
progression as well as development according to my
experience during University (Baker, 2019).

REFLECTION STATEMENT USING DIEP MODEL
 I am focusing on two skill named as communication as well as technological skill that
help in my career progression and development. Now it is my turn to carry out personal
reflection on my own experience level. I had this experience when I was in university.
 While organising my studies at the University I am able to learn different things that
help in attaining appropriate career and it will also assist me in getting proper job as per
my talent as well as knowledge. Firstly when I go to university I have experience
different issues just because of lack of skill, abilities as well as knowledge. In initial
level I am not capable to interact with other appropriately due to which no one needs to
communicate with me. In addition to this, I also feel unhappy because I did not have too
much friends to whom I can discuss or explain my issues as well as problem. So after
sometime I have to decide that I want to increase my skill that helps in making new
friends and interacting with other person in an appropriate manner. Therefore my main
focus is to increase my communication skill and ability that helps in improving my
image in the society in an appropriate manner. In first when I went to University I am
generally not take participation in any other activity such as programs festival as well as
event. Therefore I am focusing on increasing my communication skill as well as critical
thinking skills that help me in performing my work in timely manner (Pop, 2016).
