INTRODUCTION
For the aim of developing career professionally, it needs some certain amount of advance
training and education. Profession development defines a set of tools, training sessions and
resources for teachers and tutors to enhance their teaching quality and effectualness. These
resources and tools enables educators to increase their knowledge in their specific area and
allows of leadership and a chance to learn new techniques of teaching. Individuals who take
initiatives in leadership sessions or workshops create and increase their specialised skills
including quantitative, technical and analytical skills (Fingland and et. al., 2021). Professional
development can also be understood as the process that helps instructors to produce or enhance
their skills to better fulfil the student's requirements. There are various approaches to
professional development such as consultation, reviewing case studies and coaching, technical
support and mentoring. The following report will consider the organisation Arup Group. In the
current assessment, there will be overview of the organisation, together with roles and
responsibilities of its stakeholders. It will also highlight the ethical and moral responsibility of
organisation. Leadership and corporate governance will be also be part of this report. Later, it
will outline the value of codes of conduct and professional bodies. Moreover, one professional
body will be identified in order to know the professionalism within the company while
elaborating it influences the business. In the end, it will also outline how professional standards
and code of conduct have been organized within the business.

administration. It is headquartered in London, United Kingdom that is unified in 1946 by Sir Ove
Arup. It has main operations in the industry of engineering, design, architecture, along with
business consultation facilitating its services all around the world. This organisation gives its
consultancy services, together with advisory, planning and architecture services across every
facet of the built environment (Fernández-Batanero and et. al., 2020). The respective
organisation hires 16,000 employees in over ninety office premises around the planet. For
undertaking challenging and tangled tasks, covering build environment, the organisation has
