Skills, knowledge and attribute gain during learning experience
During the learning experience I have demonstrated and gained various skill and
knowledge. While undertaking the experience I have demonstrated the skill of communication,
decision making skill, financial accounting, data analytics, negotiation skills and various other.
As the successful running of business and exploration of business in the new market requires a
lot of skill and knowledge which are shown by me in respect to business. In the same way there
are various skill that I need to gain and work which may include the skill of financial accounting,
communication, analytical, critical thinking and research skill. This is because as per the
concerned skill like the communication skill an effective selling and dealing of business
operation would be able to performed (Aslan, 2021). In the same way the critical thinking skill
allows an individual to have an exposure of both positive and negative aspects of decision
(Heard and et.al., 2020). Likewise, with the development of research skill an individual would be
able to research the market and with the concerned information the level of knowledge will
enhance that would assist decision making (Bandaranaike, 2018). As I need to work at the
international level which need the presence of attributes in terms of openness, agreeableness and
various other that would assist the understanding of international scenario and helps ibn assisting
to be deal at broad level of business.
While making an assessment and evaluation I understood that in order to deal in
corporate world and operate the company there is a high requirement of various skill and keen
knowledge. This means with reference to operation of successful business I need to learn various
skill along with gaining the required knowledge in respect to market and condition so that I
would be able to make perform best. As the operation of every business require certain skill
which I have demonstrate in terms of communication, decision making, negotiation and various
other which would guide me for my future and career. This means with respect to the concerned
project and experience I have gained the learning of various skill which would help in my future
course of action along with realising the dream of my family in terms of dealing at international
level with the delivery of services of my restaurant. This would help me to become a successful
entrepreneur and thus lead the successful business operation.

Integration of theory and practice: 700
The integration of theory is defined as how the research project has been undertaken. The
theory which has been used helps in defining the aspects as to how the cumulation of work is
being done in an appropriate manner. The manner in which the research is being conducted will
help in analysing the aspects as to how the research is being conducted so that the research
projects is displayed in an appropriate manner (Richardson and Jackson, 2018). The project has
been framing the theories of how the business is addressing the concerns of seeking growth and
development by making its successful. There is theory of project management which helps in
addressing the aspects of how the business be developed in an appropriate manner.
There is scientific planning which is being done for the project management to take
concern of all the activities and tasks which have been addressed within this project in an
appropriate manner. This will create value for the project which is the dream of family business
to build a restaurant. There has been effective practice which should be framed for the aspects of
how the business is undertaking the project to be completed significantly. This practice helps in
addressing all the key notes and information which are required within the business project
which can be taken for the accomplishment of goals and gargets which have been devised by the
action plan (Smith, 2019). Integration of theory has been known in appropriate manner which
helps in addressing the positive aspects of growth and development in an appropriate manner.
Coordination with the delegated tasks and activities which helps in addressing the aspects of
growth and development at large scale. There are certain measures which helps in addressing
how effectively this business project is being undertaken at large scale.
The project provides the information about how the family business will be addressed
and this how the details of improvement and enhancement within certain sections will be
provided. The action plan which I framed helped me analysing my skills and improvement in the
skills (Vrchota. Řehoř, Maříková and et.al., 2020). The strategies and resources were being taken
in the action plan which helps in creating value for the project in an appropriate manner. This
project of family business and dream to develop the restaurant helps in creating information and
data which is being addressed and mentioned. The integration of this project helps in
determining the growth and development at large scale. This project ahs been undertaken for the
