What did we do?
We plan to open a Donkey dairy farming business in Macedonia for which a proper business plan
is required. In order to plan this business it is essential to identify the necessity and importance of
this business in the market which helps me to understand the positive outcomes of this farming.
What did I learn?
I came to learn many things in order to plan a new business especially the marketing techniques. I
have also learn the use of donkey milk in the day-to-day life but it is essential for the business to
be involved in great marketing techniques no matter how much beneficial business they are
doing. I learn that it digital marketing these days can help any individual to grow their business
from a lower level to the higher-level.

How can I apply this to my project?
A business is a continuous process and in order to achieve success I need to make regular plans
for the growth and development of business. Actions in preparing the business plan for the new
business will help me to develop my planning skills which will be applicable to my project for its

In order to have a smart objective, the objective is required to develop in such a manner that it

Specific – To start a donkey milk supply in Balkan region to provide milk based cosmetic and
health products. The company has a specific business for top donkey raw milk supply and milk
based products of health and cosmetic.
Measurable – The company has an objective to increase their products like shampoo lotion cream
and other variety of which will help the company to measure its expansion in the market.
Achievable – The high demand of donkey milk in the market makes the objective of the business
to be achievable.
Realistic – The objective that is framed by the company's realistic as it is possible in this market to
increase their sales of cosmetic and health product as there is a growing demand of organic

supply of RAW milk and the second is to create own branded products. The company wants to

This is very helpful for my project in present and in future also as a business is a continuous

The cost implication for this project is the amount of money time and energy that are required to
obtain donkey milk in the business. It takes a lot of patience to obtain dairy products and requires
proper management of the products as they are perishable in nature.

In order to measure the cost implication of the project 3 sprints are to be considered that is time
money and energy.
What are the time implications for your project?
The time implication in case of donkey dairy farming refers to the litres of milk a donkey produce
in a day. It has been analysed that each donkey produces approximately four cups for 1 litre of
milk per day.

It is measured with the help of litres and in per day format.

What challenges have you encountered on your project to date?
There are several challenges which has encountered in the project one of them is to wait for a
long time to get the milk of donkey. It has been analysed that donkey provides 1 litre of milk per
day which is very small in quantity to fulfill the needs of customers.
How did you resolve these?
In order to resolve the challenge and has been provided that more and more donkeys are to be
taken up by the farm so that they can be able to fulfil the needs of their customers.
What methods/tools did you use to do this?
This requires a proper market analysis and well need a method of pestle analysis or SWOT analysis
the project.

I have complete the project in effective manner but if I get the chance to do the project again I will
for sure do something different as after the completion of project I got several new and innovative
ideas for the same. In the last 11 weeks I have developed several kinds of marketing activities to
market the product of the project but in in the another project without wasting any time I will
adopt the digital marketing techniques among which I will select social media marketing to market
my products. In the next project I will take less time to prepare for the business plan and will be
able to achieve success in a timely manner which is also an essential part of smart objective.
Did you achieve what you set out to do? Have you met the aim and objectives you originally set?
Yes I have successfully achieved up to the extent I have set my goals and objectives. I have set an
objective to achieve all the phases in one year and I have successfully achieved almost all the
