conflicts arise within the work when people from different educational backgrounds work on
same project and while trying accomplish the projects other problems are created as none may
agree to solution furnished by each. At such instances analytical capabilities aid me within
rendering adequate solution to employees. Furthermore, as I have experience in different
organisations there were employees from distinct culture it is easy for me to identify their
