Development of different skills and abilities is essential for individuals so that they can
perform critical operations in appropriate manner. It is required to improve the learning
procedures with the help of using available resources so that new traits can be developed.

shaping career in desired direction. Placement is a procedure of developing connection between
employer and candidate so that they can further develop their employment relationship (Millar,
Banga and Cogan, 2018). This report is based on Simla Indian restaurant which is aesthetically
designed Indian restaurant with modern ambience. This report will discuss about different
possible job opportunities which one can get with the development of skills. Job specification
requirements are analysed which includes experiences knowledge and skills. Personal
weaknesses and his friends are identified in this report which will directly create impact on
employability of an individual. Development of employability skills are carried out in this report
which will assist individual in their placement procedure. Personal development plan is
formulated so that required skills can be developed for carrying out particular operations.

It is necessary for person to determine their needs and wants according to their expertise so
that they can grab opportunities in their field. Skills and capabilities should be properly assessed
so that they can match the actual requirement and demands of operations which need to be
undertaken by an organisation. I was working as manager in Simla Indian restaurant which
helped me in developing different capabilities. The responsibilities and authorities at work place
assist me in analysing the effectiveness of job specifications. It was a great opportunity for me to
carry out operation as a manager of reputed organisation as it helped me a lot in learning new
things and experiences (Semkin, 2020). I have developed a team of individuals so that we can
collectively contribute airports in order to achieve common goals for an organisation. Teamwork
is essential Because it provides great opportunity for collection of different thoughts and ideas. It
eliminates chances of pressure and burden from individuals because it distributes responsibilities
in equal manner which improves productivity level. All the doubts and queries of staff members
are resolved by me so that they can smoothly commence operations in particular direction.

organisation along with the development of individual personality. Plans and procedures are

cooperation can be improved. I possess different skills like communication skills, leadership,
team management and decision making skills which collectively assist me in achievement of
goals. This job role was highly appropriate for me as it matches the job specification of qualities
and requirements (Nath, 2020). The management of teams was maintained in highly professional
manner because regular meetings and sessions were arranged by me which improves the
knowledge of other employees.
