About Company: Asda is a British based super market chain founded in 1949 and headquartered
in Leeds, England. The organisation offers groceries, clothing items, insurance, home decor and
various other products and services.
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will develop, recruit and support talent through
managing procedures and developing policies. You will be mainly responsible for the
contribution and administrative tasks in order to make the organisation a better and healthy place
to work.
Person specifications
Physical Characteristics
In order to perform duties, the employee is required to walk and stand. He or she must move up
or lift frequently up to 10 pounds. Special vision abilities required by this job role comprises of
depth perception, close vision, ability to adjust focus and distance vision.
Psychological Characteristics
Candidate should have the special aptitudes or psychological characteristics such as judgement,
manual dexterity, ingenuity, mechanical aptitude etc. Other characteristics should involve
emotional stability, personal appearance, and submissiveness, good and pleasing manners.
Educational characteristics
HR Credentials( e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
Knowledge of HRMS and MS office skills
Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
