Professional association is one of the major networking platforms that I will be using.
This is because as per my perception this is one of the strongest platform that can help them to
overcome my weakness, one among them is the communication. I spend the majority of my time
in the workplace among my co workers. It is for this reason that I will be undertaking
communication with all my team members on a regular basis. This will help me to overcome my
problem of lack of confidence. The more I speak with my colleagues I will be able to know
about the grounds in which I will have to improve. The colleagues are the ones who will be able
to give me meaningful feedback.
I will also select an online networking association as well. This will help me to
understand about the anger management issues. This is because I have been that where many
bloggers and activists which are coming up on the online sites like face book, twitter, blogs and
other such platforms. They are coming up with the different innovative ideas about overcoming
the anger issue. However I feel that this is one of the most useful platforms to carry on with the
discussion. These are like the one discussion forums that always help in understanding about the
ways in which the employees can deal with their problems and then try to develop a cool and
organized mind set. I have also selected this platform or this online networking site as I can use it
both at my professional and my personal filed as well. I will be able to share my thoughts and
opinions and also get shared across the online sites. Therefore as per my understanding this
online site will turn out to be one of the most useful platforms for exchanging the views and the
opinions in different matter.
The other network that I will be selecting is my boss and the senior employees. As they
are much more experienced they can help me out at every instance. They will always help me to
know about the right ways of making a decision. Whenever I will be in any dilemma or any

confused state of mind I will be contacting with the senior officials and will be able to know
about the different pros and cons that can arise after taking any particular decision. I will be able
to get over that weakness by undertaking some practical situations in hand. I will be able to take
the help from my seniors in order to know the different ways in which the issues can be solved.
Therefore keeping connection with all these networks will be helping me in.
Thus it can be concluded that keeping a proper network is of utmost importance as it
helps in understanding about the different areas of weakness and the ways in which I can also
overcome the same. I will have to make sure that I am keeping a proper track record of the
different opinions and the feedbacks that are being shared by the different people which are
involved in that group. I will always try to overcome the areas of weakness by making sure that I
am being able to make sure that I can become a successful manager in future. In order to do that
I will have to maintain a step by step method in order to make sure that I am being able to
overcome all the different drawbacks that are present within me. In future I will have to maintain
a proper connection with the all the different networks so that I can work towards attaining my
goal of becoming an able administrator and also an ideal manager. Therefore I will also develop
a horizontal communicate system with all my employees and make sure that I am being able to
take their feedbacks and their opinions in order to attain my objective.
