Professional Development Plan

A professional development plan (PDP) is an action plan that contains pre-determined goals and skills that may be needed to gain competent progress in regards to both personal and professional life. PDP provides an opportunity to conduct a self-reflection to be able to know the self-strengths and weaknesses. It helps to improve self-weaknesses, which is necessary to become eligible to apply for desired jobs and sustain it by producing a continuously improved performances.
