I have completed my degree program in business management and is looking forward to apply for the job role of manager in human resource management department.HRM is important to an organization as there are many objectives of this department which can drastically enhance and impact on the overall performance of an organization. Human resource professionals are the lifeblood of an organization as their job profile is to ensure that company gets the most out from it is staff members. It is analyzed by me that I have good knowledge about human resource department and its functions such as recruiting, staffing, training and many more. Weaknesses: One of my major weakness is Compulsive requirement of doing things quickly which sometimes impact on the quality of my work and serves as a low result. It is analyzed by me that sometimes I get nervous when presenting ideas to my team members, mentors and this fear of public speaking decline my creativity level of presentation. The potential level of working is decline when I work under pressure. Another weakness is easily get emotional with the situation of others because of which sometimes my idea to present the things is given by others.
