Introduction
Stakeholders are groups, organizations or individuals that can affect or be affected by a
business organization's policies, aims and actions. Business stakeholders are part of
two major categories that is internal and external. Present report is based on
discussion of the relationship between external and internal stakeholders on various
business practices. In context of a retail brand TESCO there is examination of both
external and internal stakeholders to explore its influence on company.

Internal stakeholders of TESCO:
The major stakeholders of TESCO includes managers, boards, employees,
shareholders and executive committee. Board of TESCO consist of chief executive,
