INTRODUCTION
Project management plays crucial role in professional engineering management. It helps in
determining risk in an effective manner through which proper solutions can be implemented.
With the help of proper engineering management technical problems and new developments can
be effectively implemented through which project can be accomplished with successful
outcomes (Asplund, 2020). Present report has been conducted on the issues and factors that can
have impact upon successful management of project. Along with this challenges and issues are
determined that has been faced in present project alone with strategy. In addition to this project
includes social responsibilities in engineering profession along with their importance of
continuing professional development.

In order to be a successful project manager it is essential for a project manager to bring out best
creativity out of the team. A successful project manager effectively visualise entire project and
undertake effective decisions in order to make sure that project goals are delivered according to
the underline strategies (Liu and Kauffman, 2020). In order to be a successful project manager
effective leadership, communication and negotiation, time management, team management and
problem solving skills are required to be processed. Furthermore, it is also essential for a project
manager to have effective risk management skill and foster effective communication within
team. It is also important for project manager to adopt customer’s feedbacks in order to minimise
the risk of wastage. Project manager is also required to make data driven decisions and promote
