INTRODUCTIONBusiness ethics termed out as study of policies and practices with regards to controversialissues as corporate governance, insider trading, discrimination and fiduciary responsibilities etc.Decision taken within the enterprise made by groups or individuals and this all will be influencedby the culture of enterprise (Becker,2019). The ethics aids to maintain a better connection withtheir stakeholders. In order to make this report, the case study on NHS has been selected in termsto conflict of interest. Furthermore, report has covered things as outlining the ethical dimension of the issues,role of business in society and two ethical theories are needed to be applied in terms to casestudy. Lastly, reflection will be given to discuss personal ethics and unethical practices withinthe organisation.PART 1 A) Ethical practices in context of chosen case. Ethical decision making termed out as a process that aids to evaluate and choosingalternatives that leads to eliminate unethical options (Cavazotte, Cohen and Brunelli, 2019). Theconcept of ethic is far than to commit right things in business, but it relates with get tied of legalprocedures and policies. In the chosen case study of NHS, there were many conflicts in terms tointerest of stakeholders. The ethical dimension under this has found as NHS banned on their stafffrom receiving gifts worth more than £50. Thus, other issues has found in June by ABPIpublished database reveals that the doctors were involved in case of receiving up-to £100000drugs per year from pharmaceutical companies. On the other hand, tens of millions of poundspayment has been made to doctors and that all officially not disclosed due to recipients refused tobe named. Due to this kind of ethical issues, it has revealed that under the new plans fortransparency NHS doctors needs to declare any income from private sector. There are number ofbusiness stakeholder who bring claim over the business leader in order to violating the activitieswithin the enterprise. Thus, ethics in enterprise must be followed as it is inclusive of various guidelines andprincipal as it finds the way that how individual should behave in enterprise and this also definedthe code of conduct of individual that working in particular organisation ( John, 2019Suriyankietkaew and Kantamara, 2019).
