Professional Experience and Career Progression:Currently, I am working in Tata Consultancy Services, One of India's Biggest MNC inSoftware Services. It has been a 23 months journey in the company post completion of Bachelorof Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering. It has been a great journeylearning new things and facing new challenges in the corporate world. For all these months, Ihave a fantastic chance of working with European Clients Telenor, Norway and TalkTalkTelecom, UK. Initially, I had the task of analyzing Client Requirements and prepare Test cases,and I was surprised to see how beautifully systematic the process was between differentstakeholders. It gave me the Strong insight of using Technical as well as communication skills. Ihave learned to communicate with various stakeholders in Offshore as well as Onshore (ClientLocation) on reporting and resolving issues. One more thing which I learned was Issue handlingand even got to work 24/7 during critical incidents and saw how people of different hierarchieswork during critical times. I have got in touch with European Work culture and learned fewthings from managers onshore. Understood how well IT services can be used in all the fields toreduce Manual work and improve accuracy and efficiency.Career Goals:I have always dreamt of being an Entrepreneur. For being, a Successful Entrepreneur inany Industry Supply Chain plays a vital role in present days. Functional Skills in Supply Chainwith International Exposure and Work Experience can help me to build a promising career. Ialways believe that for one to become a Team Leader/manager firstly, they should be a goodteam player. I have been a good team player and would like to upgrade my career with a new setof skills.
