Goal: The first personal
goal I have set for myself
is to ensure that I earn
the trust of my superiors
as a teacher who has

teach the students easily
and appears to be
creative and helpful. I

a teacher who facilitates
student learning.
Rationale: To ensure
career development. I
must be primarily, good
at the job I am

is important that I do well
