Forthe company it is important to sets a possibly visionary statement concerning the future. Amission and vision is looking for new opportunities and new ways of building values ofcustomers, dealing with problems and sets progress of company (Hsieh, 2015).As per that, British airways sets mission, vision. A vision of company is to progress,values and standard of behaviour and performance. A mission of company is aim to set newindustry standard by providing better customers services and innovation. Strategic direction andpurpose of business is need to owner or strategic leaders. Its strategy is to focus on outstandingcustomers services, rising meetings. They want to provide the best and better customers servicesto them by innovating new product and services.An investigate skills and competencies expected by employer for specific rolesAt the time of job employers are expect some skills and competencies in their employeesfor perform best job with good result of work. The job role is HR executive which is best and
important part of the organisation.
