INTRODUCTIONProfessional skill and knowledge is considered as one of the most essential characteristic requiredfor attaining the set defined business goal and objectives. Report will discuss about skills andcompetences of HR manager for benefiting both the employer and company as well. The presentreport is based on Harry's Dolce Vita, which is an Italian restaurant situated in the city ofKnightsbridge, London. The restaurant is engaged in business of hospitality and serves differentvarieties of delicious food. Harry's Dolce Vita is serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with atwist of Italian wine list and classic range of cocktails. The restaurant is similar to the Italianglamour of 1950s and 1960s with stylish decoration of old fashion item, presenting mixture of alegendary Italian charm, delicious food along with classic cocktails.MAIN BODYPART AExpected skills and competences of HR manager.Human Resource Manager is a key personnel of every business organisation which mainrole is to develop, manage good and better working culture of the company. Recruitment of newhires, training and development, conflict resolution among the employees is done by HR manageras it is considered core for success of the company. Skills and competences required are follows:1.Performance and Project management –It is very important on behalf of HR manager tomonitor the performance level of the company as well as employees from time to time(Warnock and Mohammadi - Aragh, 2016). Proper allocation and utilization of resources inthe project can lead to smooth functioning & more profitability for Harry's Dolce Vita.2.Collaborating teamworkHR manager should be capable of maintaining integrity and aspirit of team by increasing the motivation level of the team member. An organisation should adopt a good professional which ishaving better communication skills of understanding employers thoughts.
