current interview process is best because there are five steps which includes telephonic
interview, dinning interview, four steps of interview, etc. which assist to know about individuals
and their behaviour. This is relevant in current market because of change in working style and
efficiency. At dinning interview, it is easy to know candidate at personal note. While analysing
interview questions, if there is need to know any thing, then it can be asked from candidate.
Follow up step of interview process assist to know what is remaining and evaluated. So
possibilities to know individual is bright (Pihl-Thingvad, 2015).
Weakness of current interview process
Current interview process is lengthy which requires time and cost. Sometimes, talents
blood does not wait for next step because of waiting time. Managers of Coworth Park Hotel can
not implement this process again and again, so they are not able to hire best candidate for the
post (Wald, 2015). There is no requirement of dinning interview because this makes professional
life personal which is not required. Reviewing of questions has to be done before third interview,
so in case of anything to be asked can be done.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is clear that there is requirement of professional skills
among employees. With the help of on going professional program, employer gets best talent and
employee is able to retain in organisation for longer time. Communication skill, knowledge
about technology, etc. are required for food and beverages manager. Kolb's theory is best for the
purpose of learning new techniques because in this learning program is planned for individuals at
specific job position. With the help of development plan, weak skills can be improved and
effective for specific job position. Current process of job interview is done with 11 steps which is
lengthy and but with this process in- depth skills and ability can be known about individual.
