INTRODUCTIONProfessional identity refers to the skills which are important for conducting professionalattributes, beliefs, values, etc. for conducting operations in authentic and relevant manner(Broadhead, 2017). There is requirement of specific knowledge, skills as per job requirementskills, experience, etc. While performing different job roles at work place, it is essential to haveprofessional attitude. This report isbased on Coworth Park Hotel which is five star hotel at UK. In this report, there is discussionabout ongoing professional development, employer expectation, own skills and abilities,different learning theories. Apart from this there is development plan to improve skills andknowledge, job interview, strength and weaknesses of specified job interview process.TASK 1P1 Key benefits of ongoing professional development for different stakeholdersCoworth Park Hotel is the hotel whose construction was started in 1776. there are around70 rooms and have 3 restaurants. In this hotel, there is good architecture which gives refreshingand romantic atmosphere to consumers. This hotel was rated 8 out of 10 for its location becauseit is near Ascot. The staff at this hotel is polite and courtsey. There is equestrian centre for 30horses with parking, Bar, Wifi, Pool, Sauna, Golf course, Spa, room service, etc.On going professional and personal development refers to the process under which thereis requirement of regular work on improving skills, knowledge of individuals. On goingprofessional development refers to the process through which knowledge of individuals isupdated and polished. This is beneficial for employee as well employer which makes themunderstood to understand specific changes.Benefit for employerSkilled workforce- With the help of on going professional development program,management of Coworth Park Hotel get skilled workforce.
