STRENGTHS
Precise and direct is one of the key strength of the interview process as the questions
that were asked by the interview in panel very direct and which required direct answers
from the candidate. It is beneficial and strengthening for the company because it
consumes less time and the scope of any unprofessional information is eliminated
enabling the interviewing panel to identify the best candidate for the job (Clements and
et. al., 2016).
Spontaneous rounds of questions and answer are held in the interview process which
provided a honest and clear evaluation of the abilities and competencies of an individual.
WEAKNESSES
Time and cost consuming is the key weakness of the interview process that is conducted
by the Human resource Department of Hyatt hotel because of the descriptive nature of
questions asked by the interviewer and also the several arrangements that is needed to be
done by the Human resource Department for conducting The selection activity.
Lengthy process is another drawback of this interview process as the length of answers
provided by the candidate is lengthy which are the questions asked were very descriptive
and time consuming making the whole interview process a very long process.

From the above report and discussion it has been concluded that professional identity and
practice of an individual place a very important role in their career and growth ensuring better
career opportunities and higher standards of working. For improvement in professional identity
and practice on-going professional development helps an individual in in preparing appropriate
skills benefiting the firm and themselves. Moreover in the report a self evaluation is conducted
where skills and competencies are identified first according to which a SWOT analysis is
conducted of an individual and a personal development plan is created for enhancement of
abilities and betterment of performances. The end an interview script is developed for the
company in order to conduct appropriate interview for the suitable job role and according to the
process strengths and weaknesses of it are also review for making improvements in future in the
interview process.
