Job interview for hospitality floor manager role in hotel
Here, job interview process is conducted by employer in context of Hyatt regency for above job role.
It comprises with three important stages, discussed below-
First stage-
•When I went for the interview, he was asked to sit with other people, after that I was called to the
interview room. More people were sitting with the employer in that room.
Second stage-
•The second phase started with questions from the employer, they asked about my self and reason for
choosing hospitality floor manager as professional role.
•Employers were questioning one after the other, which made me very nervous.

•The third phase ended after a written test, where I was asked to write a few words related
to the topic.

Key strengths and weaknesses of applied interview process
• The whole interview procedure is quite good, but it has their own weaknesses and
strengths as well.
• Overall process is comprised three different phases and each other is feel depressed
especially second one, but on the other hand, I am very excited because selected role like
Hospitality floor manager is one of my biggest dreams.
• Strength of this procedure is time because employer present response frequently
which in return aid to conduct whole interview in short term period.

 I also examined that questions are practical and interesting which aid me to actually
increase my communication skills.
 I analyzed that Interview procedure it completed and I feel depressed during it because
of serious environment at interview room.

Job interview procedure evaluation
 It examines that interview process is quite difficult do complete because employer ask
questions related to account, which is not my field.
 I face challenge in interview process when employer asked questions rapidly and I did
not get time to answer it effectively.
Highlighting own abilities during interview process
 I passed all above stages of interview procedure and give appropriate answers as I am
able to communicate effectively and manage my time.

 From above discussion, it has been summarized that I can overcome my weakness by
taking some time during interview process as it feel very nervous when employer asked
questions one by one.
