headquarter is located at McLean, Virginia. It is the largest hotel brand in the world that provides
luxury services to its customers.
Report will include importance of on-going development and self directed learning that
enhance professional identity and career opportunities. It will also include personal skill audit
and Swot analysis. Further more it will include professional development plan and job

not able to give answers of some questions I have not done preparation before going. At some
extent my strength is that I was able to give good answers to interviewer so I also get
appreciation of it. Challenges that is faced by me is that I have to wait for interview so for that I
have to sit their for longer period of time and wait for my chance to come. As in starting the
management is cooperating as arranging proper place to sit and organizing a good interview
process but after interview is completed they are not cooperating properly as there is no response
