It was founded by Conrad Hilton in 1919. Itsheadquarter is located at McLean, Virginia. It is the largest hotel brand in the world that providesluxury services to its customers.Report will include importance of on-going development and self directed learning thatenhance professional identity and career opportunities. It will also include personal skill auditand Swot analysis. Further more it will include professional development plan and jobdescription and video recorded job interview.PART AIntroduction of Hilton hotelHilton hotel and resorts is a global brand of hotel that provides luxury services to itscustomers and has a flagship brand of American multinational hospitality industry. The targetcustomers of this industry is both business and liesure travelers in many countries (Olsen, 2015).It also provides services like free WiFi, digital check-in, key less entry etc.Role and its skills and competenceThe role chosen in this study is HR manager of Hilton Hotel. The skills and competenciesthat is required by Hr manager is that it is responsible for bringing creative ideas into thebusiness. It is necessary for the Hr manager in getting more information as compared to before.They must be prepared for the future to meet the expectation of Hilton Hotel. As Hr is the field
