Interviewee:I am working as a bar manager since 2 years and have developed many skills
which are required in this profession.
Interviewer:Why to want to work in this hotel?
Interviewee:I want to work in this hotel because of the goodwill which has been created and
the location at which it is located. There is a code of ethics and conduct which is followed
which increases the potential of this place.
Interviewer:How will you motivate other people to work their best?
Interviewee:For me I will try to create the best working environment where not only the people
will enjoy but also the staff who is working here. I will try to involve every staff member in
important decision making so that every one will consider their importance in this organisation.
Interviewer:How will you manage the days when the work pressure will be high?
Interviewee:I will delegate the authority to responsible person who will be able to handle all
the tasks independently. I will assign every individual with the defined roles so that there is no
confusion among them.
Interviewer:How will you make the order so that the bar does not face any insufficiency?
Interviewee:For this I will make the evaluation of the inventory which is required and will
make daily schedule of it.

It helps in providing full information about the candidate to an interviewer. It helps in the development of relationship which helps in increasing the mutual
understanding between both the parties(Keeler and et. al., 2018).
