INTRODUCTION
Professional development is based on the termed in learning which always support for
improving own skill or knowledge. in order to improve their unique professional credentials
through academic degree, coursework, attend conferences or meeting. These will enhance the
ability while considering the informal learning modules, ideally incorporating and evaluating the
stages.
This report will take the “Moon hall restaurant which is top restaurant the UK, and
they provide varieties of the dishes to their customers with the unique taste and best services.

I am working in the book and beverage industry from past 5 years and having good
experience of the supervisor's role. I have some skills, ability and competencies which are
needed in the supervisors job roles in the Moon hall restaurant. Those skills and abilities I
have develop in myself from the experience and working under the professional in this industry
which provide me proper knowledge and learning to develop skills in myself (Creta and
Gross., 2020). One of them is effective communication which is my core skills , help me to
provide accurate information t the other . I can provide the proper information to the
employees about their work so they can understand what their task in the company and how
they will compete.

`Decision making ability which is necessary from the professional development and I
have these skills because during the conflict and any other situation at the workplace I can take
the decision and also provide the right solution to the company superiors, so they can over
come from the problem, and they can maintain the situation at their workplace.
The competency skills I have developed in myself is the relationship skill, I am able to
make good skills with the employees who are working in company. I believe that we cannot
expect others to listen to us until we make good relation and connect with them ad supervisor
of the company always need to make good relationship with the employees who are working
under them, so they can trust them and listen to them.
I am working in this industry from the ,long time s and I have gain the enough
knowledge who customers have and how employees can provide the better services which can
satisfy their needs and their demand. I can provide the knowledge to the employees who will
work under me which will hep them in the professional development, and they will give their
best in task. It will be beneficial for the Moon hall restaurant because they will able to take
competitive advantage sin the market where they are operating their business, and they can show
their presence in the market with the help of the skillful employees and loyalty of the
customers.

There are many theories which are useful, for the individual in the professionals
development. Some of them are learning theories, behavioral theories and Cogitative theory and
Motivation theory which can provide skills and ability to the individual, and they can able to
develop themselves the professional in their work and make their carrier professionally.

This theory is mainly organized the specific set of learning principles whereas how
individual acquire more knowledge, skills. In order to achieve desirable personal goal and
objective. in this way, it is better way to understand what makes the individual ‘s effectiveness
and effective Lerner (El Mansour and Dean., 2016). This theory is based on the professional
development which mainly provide all essential insights into this process also help for gaining
more knowledge through learning theory. In learning theories, it contain the different learning
approach which providing the brief idea about the conceptual thing of learning. In another words,

Behavioral Theory
A behavioral theory is based on the innovative idea that acquire more knowledge, skill

about behavior of individual person. This theory will support for reshaped the behavior by
considering specific actions and used an appropriate resources. resources.
From the prospective of the behaviorist, reinforcement is consider important thing which
played important role in both negative as well as positive aspects. It help for learner to enhance
the ability and capability through learning theory. Afterwards, leader is mainly focused on the
acquiring more information or data and then implementing an effective technique in context of
reinforcement decision-making.

This theory is originally covered with the alternative theory to the approaches of the
behaviorist. This theory seek to analyze how the mind of the individual person work working

strength was effective communication which help to impress the interviewers, I give answer to
the question properly and the another strength was time management because I reach for the
interview expect time which was given by the company This both skills helps to impress the
interviewer and both tare useful for me to get the job. One external straight was my
experience in this field which become my strengths for this interview. Moon hall restaurant
was looking for the persona who have experience of working as a supervisors in the other
company, and they should have pro0fesional skills , able to handle more than 5 employees. I
was perfect for this criteria and help me to pas in the interview and I get the job role in the
Moon hall restaurant as a supervisor.
There are some weakness as well I have notice during the interview , one of them was
lack of confidence before giving the interview to the manager (Zhang and Deng., 2016). I was
not that confident because the interviewer was professional and this restaurant is also top in
whole UK, so I was confused that what kind of question they can ask and because of that I was
quit nervous during the interview. Another weakness in myself in the whole interview process
was personal interaction like when we give a interview then we have to look at the

interview process. Last weakness was speaking where I get stuck in some place and affect
my interview process and put the negative impact on the interviewer's mind which is needed to
be improve and I will some strategies to overcome from this problems which will be helpful
for me in the future.
I can over come from this issue thorough the professional development plan and develop the
confidence and another skills which can help me to become professional in my job and I can
able to help company to get the success in their business and achieve their objectives and goals.
